Governs access to the platform, plans, and software license.

SaaS service for Quantiva Trades access in TradingView, a personal webhook, and optional Demo, Paper, or Binance Live execution.

No financial advice and no discretionary account management.

We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, fund manager, signal room, or copy-trading service.

Each user is responsible for their own decisions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing and billing details are shown at checkout.

Access may be suspended for non-payment.

To use optional Binance Live execution, you must provide valid Binance API keys in your own account, without withdrawal permission.

3. Refunds & Cancellation

4. Acceptable Use

• No misuse, scraping, or redistribution.
• No abuse or security attacks.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas.
• Do not use API keys with withdrawal permissions for automation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by the provider.

6. Third-Party Data

Third-party data is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Use is at your own risk. The client controls TradingView, alerts, webhook, API keys, permissions, and execution activation. We are not liable for losses.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governing law: Laws of Spain. Jurisdiction: Courts of Madrid, Spain.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The latest revision date will be posted on this page.
